Cancellations and Rescheduling

For installed balloon décor services, cancellations made 30 or more days before the event date may apply the non-refundable retainer as a credit toward a new event date within 6 months, subject to availability and provided the scope of services remains substantially the same.

Cancellations made fewer than 30 days before the event date will result in the forfeiture of the retainer due to the reserved event date and limited opportunity to accept other bookings.

Any payments made beyond the retainer are non-refundable and may be applied toward a future booking at the discretion of Balloons By Serenity LLC.

Full policies are outlined in the service agreement provided at booking.

Grab & Go Orders

All Grab & Go orders are final. Refunds will only be issued if Balloons by Serenity LLC is unable to fulfill the order.

Balloon Care & Longevity

Balloons By Serenity LLC uses high-quality balloons and materials; however, balloon décor is temporary in nature and longevity cannot be guaranteed once the décor leaves our care.

Environmental factors such as weather, sunlight, heat, wind, children, pets, foliage, and vehicle conditions may affect the lifespan of balloon décor.

Balloons By Serenity LLC is not responsible for popped, deflated, or damaged balloons after pickup or installation.

Creative Control

All balloon décor is custom designed. The final product may vary slightly from inspiration photos based on creative interpretation, structural integrity, and material availability while maintaining the overall style and color palette requested.

Return Policy

Due to the custom and perishable nature of balloon décor, returns are not accepted.

Balloons By Serenity LLC is not liable for balloons once they are picked up or after installation is complete. While we use high-quality balloons and materials, balloons are temporary and some may pop or deflate sooner than expected.

Environmental factors such as weather, sunlight, heat, wind, children, pets, vehicle conditions, surfaces, and surrounding foliage may affect the lifespan of balloon décor.

Balloons By Serenity LLC cannot guarantee the longevity or condition of balloons once they leave our care.
