This Valentine’s Day balloon garland is designed to elevate gifts, surprises, and small celebrations. Available as a 5’ grab & go garland, with additional lengths available upon request. This is a Grab & Go option only. Grouped is one color after another. Mixed refers to the colors equally mixed.
Cancellation Policy
Grab & Go garlands require a closed vehicle for transport. Please make sure your vehicle can accommodate the balloon garland before placing your order. We are not responsible for garlands that do not fit in your vehicle. We recommend that the items be picked up in an SUV with the seats folded down and the vehicle completely empty. This will ensure an optimal delivery experience and help maintain the longevity of your product. For liability and safety reasons, we are unable to assist with fitting, arranging, or adjusting items in your vehicle to create space for your product. Due to limited pickup windows, please arrive on time to avoid delays. Additional charges may apply for any modifications made after the order is confirmed. All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if we are unable to fulfill the order. Customers cannot request a refund for any other reason. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
