Giveaway Overview

Balloons By Serenity is gifting one (1) local elementary school a custom balloon installation valued up to $500 to help celebrate the end of the 2025–2026 school year.

Eligibility

Entries are open to individuals 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Eligible schools must:

  • Be an elementary school

  • Be located within 25 miles of Clifton Park, NY (12065)

  • Be located within Balloons By Serenity’s service area

Only one entry per person/email address is permitted unless otherwise approved by Balloons By Serenity. Duplicate or fraudulent entries may be removed at our discretion.

Giveaway Period

Entries must be submitted by Sunday, May 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.

Entries submitted after this deadline may not be considered.

Prize

One (1) selected elementary school will receive a custom balloon installation by Balloons By Serenity valued up to $500.

Prize value includes design time, materials, delivery, setup, and installation services.

The exact installation design, colors, style, placement, and setup details will be determined by Balloons By Serenity based on school space, logistics, timing, and event needs.

Prize has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, transferred, exchanged, or applied toward other services or events.

The giveaway prize may not be applied as a credit toward previously booked services, existing invoices, prior purchases, or events already under contract with Balloons By Serenity.

The giveaway prize is valid only for the selected school’s qualifying end-of-year installation coordinated through this giveaway.

Winner Selection

Balloons By Serenity is gifting one (1) local elementary school a custom balloon installation valued up to $500 to help celebrate the end of the 2025–2026 school year.

Giveaway Overview

One winning school will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.

The selected entrant may be contacted by email to confirm eligibility and coordinate school approval and scheduling.

If the selected school declines participation, is unable to accommodate the installation, falls outside eligibility requirements, or cannot be reasonably coordinated, an alternate winner may be selected.

School Approval & Scheduling

Installation is subject to:

  • School approval

  • Venue policies

  • Scheduling availability

  • Weather conditions if applicable

  • Safe and reasonable installation access

Balloons By Serenity reserves the right to modify installation plans as needed for safety, logistics, or operational reasons.

Publicity

By entering, participants grant Balloons By Serenity permission to photograph and share the completed installation and related setup photos for marketing, portfolio, website, and social media purposes.

No student names or personal student information will be shared without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Balloons By Serenity is not responsible for:

  • Technical issues or incomplete entries

  • School scheduling conflicts

  • Venue restrictions

  • Weather-related issues

  • Circumstances outside reasonable operational control
